1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to marry, and genuinely seeking marriage. One account per person. You must not be currently married unless permitted by your applicable law and you disclose it honestly [operator to define policy].
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable conduct
- No harassment, hate, sexual content, threats or abusive behaviour.
- No requests for money, scams, commercial promotion or recruitment.
- No impersonation, fake profiles, or photos of other people.
- No sharing of another member’s information outside the platform without consent.
We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Matching
Compatibility scores are calculated from stated preferences using published rules. They are guidance only and do not guarantee compatibility or the success of any marriage. Members are responsible for their own decisions and for verifying information about other members.
5. Fees
Profile activation costs the amount shown at checkout (default PKR 1,000) for the stated membership period. Payments are processed by third-party providers. [Refund policy to be defined, consistent with consumer law in each market.]
6. Safety
We provide tools and guidance, but we do not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated. Please read our safety guidance.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
