Who can join Right Match?
Adults aged 18 and over who are seeking marriage. Every member confirms their age and accepts our terms; profiles that appear to break these rules are reviewed by moderators.
How is my compatibility score calculated?
First we apply deal-breakers in both directions — if either person marks something as non-negotiable and the other does not meet it, the profile is not shown. Then we compare fourteen weighted criteria, such as level of practice, family values, marriage timeline, location and shared languages. Each score shows the reasons behind it. It reflects how stated preferences line up; it is not a prediction of marriage success.
Is the match count real?
Yes. When we say we found a number of promising matches, that is the exact number of eligible profiles in our database for your preferences at that moment. We never pad numbers.
What does the registration fee cover?
The one-time activation fee (PKR 1,000 by default) makes your profile visible to compatible members and lets you send interests and message mutual matches for the membership period. You can create your profile, complete the questionnaire and browse your matches before paying.
Who can see my photos?
You choose: all members who can see your profile, only mutual matches (others see a heavily blurred preview), or nobody. Photos are moderated before they appear.
Do you show my phone number or email?
Never. Contact details are private. We also discourage sharing them in profile text, and our filters block them from bios and interest notes.
Can I use Right Match outside Pakistan?
Yes. Members live in many countries. You can choose which countries you are open to, whether you would relocate, and your own time zone.
How do I report or block someone?
Every profile and conversation has Block and Report actions. Blocking is immediate and hides both of you from each other. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings. Your profile is hidden immediately and your personal data is permanently removed after a short grace period, during which you can change your mind. You can also download a copy of your data at any time.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials. Your profile is only activated after the provider confirms the payment to our server directly.
